Typically I don't like making things I see others have made...unless I feel I can bring something else to the design. So what have I done you ask? Well, not much I'm sure, lol, but it makes the difference I think. Easily noticeable on the Bomb-omb here is wick at the top. I've used a rope braiding method for it, burned the ends, and then dyed it to look like it was lit. Then there's the key on the back. It's difficult to see from the side and front view shots, but the key is not only a fully rounded piece, but can also be turned freely! Sadly this does not trigger any wind up action ;). You'll have to stick with the plastic toys for that instead.

Time: Approx 2 hours
Materials: Yarn, plastic, paint, hot glue

Cute as heck! I really like the smoldering wick that you added to this design--great embellisment!
