Description

I love the Tenth Doctor. Or...well, I suppose it's more that I love David Tennant and his brilliant in that role but either way, not too long after I made the original Tenth Doctor Doll I decided I wanted to make him in his Blue Suit as well. This was for two reasons. Firstly, he's one of the few Doctors to have a separate outfit, and Second, one could easily pretend that this was the clone Doctor - TenII.

Now if you've seen the original Ten then you know this one doesn't have his trench coat. I polled my fellow Who watching friends and it was a unanimous 'No', he shouldn't have it. He was going to have red pin-striping on his suit but I did half of it, took a look at him, and wrinkled my nose in disgust. It just did not work. The striping is quite subtle on the show for this suit though so overall I don't think it's a loss. :)

oh lordy. This is killing me. Because I'd do anything for David Tennant. And oh my gosh I just peeked at your other creations and I see Harry Potter over there. And I have seen that pattern for sale on my favorite amigurumi-addiction-encouraging site!! Ravelry. He is at the very top of my queue! By top I mean the top 10- some of those are patterns I've been requested to make as gifts so they might outrank your Harry Potter, but that's only because I refuse to part with my tiny Harry Potter once I buy the pattern and create him.

Edited to say: My bad. It wasn't your patterns I saw on Ravelry; someone else has a slightly similar Harry Potter ami, so I thought (hoped) it was yours.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I hope you are pleased by all these requests for patterns as I can see I'm not the only one craving your patterns.

From my friends in the ami world, patterns by far generate the most income for them.
